I've seen interviews where people are asked to use one word to describe themselves, so I've often wondered what one word I would use if asked. I now know what that word would be, eclectic! I have so many interests that I don't think I could ever be put into one category of anything. I like different types of movies, books, and music. How can anyone choose just one of something! But mostly I love writing and reading. It's the most awesome thing in the world to have a scene come to life on the page. It's cool to watch a character develop a personality--and someetimes even an attitude! Right now (I say right now because of the eclectic thing) I am writing for children, and will probably always want to write for children. Most likely this is because I refuse to ever grow up and view things in a mature fashion! But I won't rule out anything. Maybe one day I will grow up and write a grown up book.
